Industry Technology

Thompson uses the computerized maintenance management system, Maintenance Connection, to ensure the quality of your equipment and reduce the time needed to provide corrective maintenance. The complete management system app provides standardized equipment inventory and preventative maintenance. Maintenance Connection dispatches, monitors and maintains work order requests for timely completion and solid record keeping. It also analyzes productivity for the Plant Operations team and ensures that both equipment and reporting meet all regulatory requirements.
