We had a great group of employees volunteer at the DC Central Kitchen. Thank you to all who participated! Did you know: every day, DCCK transforms 3,000 pounds of donated and recovered food into 5,000 healthy meals. They are always looking for chefs to demo a dish prep for the students and for industry leaders to speak to the students or hold mock interviews.
