It is a legitimate commitment to provide the best human resources services and a strong understanding of the law, added to years of managerial experience, that allow her to help us better serve employees with the day to day challenges we all face.

Lydia holds graduate degrees from the University of Puerto Rico (M.A., Organizational Psychology), Interamerican University (M.S.
