Chef Ericlee exemplifies Thompson Hospitality’s commitment to excellence and professionalism. Inspired by his father, a pastry chef, Ericlee studied the culinary arts during his service in the Air Force. After completing formal training in an Air Force cooking school, he was assigned to officer’s dining unit where he gained valuable hands-on training.
Chef Ericlee has worked for the many of the major players in the hospitality industry over the past 20 years, including Marriott Marquis,
Windham Hotels, Starwood Lodgings, and Sodexho. His diverse experience and positive attitude, coupled with his genuine dedication to hard work and people make him an outstanding chef, exceptional teacher, and admirable colleague. We know your experience with Chef Reed will be exquisite.
