SOUS CHEF


Work in partnership with Manager and produce incomparable meals and service for our clients. Must be willing to work in all areas of the kitchen as needed. This is a great place for a creative, organized, detail oriented and up-beat team player. Must have flexible schedule and be able to work with the challenges of a busy kitchen. Plans and supervises the daily operations of a kitchen. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Generally supervises kitchen and cooking assistants. *Menu planning experience *Leadership ability *Computer literate *Excellent DMV record *History in catering business *Must have experience and knowledge of basic sauces and ingredients *Creative, enthusiastic and motivated *Good verbal and written skills
