This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations and state and federal compliance. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, computer literacy (MS Office) and be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of all HR disciplines.
This position requires an unfailing commitment to excellence in service. Responsibilities of this position include providing day-to-day HR support to staff at all levels of the company and providing professional level assistance with the performance, recruitment and employment of new associates. Some travel is involved in the delivery of new employee orientations and benefits presentations. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position is responsible for electronic processing of unemployment claims, employment verifications and benefits enrollments.
