Benita Thompson-Byas

Benita Thompson-Byas is the sister of Warren and Fred Thompson. Benita joined the Company in November 1992. She worked in Operations before advancing to the position of VP of Marketing for the Company’s restaurant and contract food service accounts.

In her current role, Benita oversees all aspects of Thompson Hospitality’s Strategic Partnership with Compass Group. She has operational responsibility for more than 600 Dining Centers in 46 states.

Benita, who has a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia’s College of Arts and Sciences (1990), resides with her family in Sterling, Virginia.
