Benita Thompson-Byas
Senior Vice President of Joint Ventures, Vice Chairman
Benita is the sister of Warren and Fred Thompson, Jr. She joined the Company in November 1992, working in the Operations department before advancing to the position of VP of Marketing for the Company’s restaurant and contract food service accounts.
Benita now oversees all aspects of Thompson Hospitality’s Strategic Partnership with Compass Group including operational responsibility for more than 600 Dining Centers in 46 states. Benita has a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia’s College of Arts and Sciences.
