Ali Azima has been with the company since its inception. He started as a District Manager, responsible for ten restaurants, 39 managers and 435 employees. In 1994 and 1995 he was awarded "District Manager of the Year." In 1997 he became the Vice President of Restaurants. Azima took over the entire operations department in 1999, and was promoted to CFO in 2001. Azima brings with him a wide range of experience and education. He spent his earlier years in management with the Marriott Corporation. Azima studied at the Capital Institute of Technology in Kensington, Maryland receiving a BS in Electronic Engineering. From there he went on to receive a Masters in Digital Systems Engineering from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland.
